FRP Duct Sizes and Configurations
We supply FRP duct in round, rectangular, oval, and square. The table shows the size of each one and where it fits.

All of it is built to the SMACNA Thermoset FRP Duct Construction Manual. That standard covers negative 30 to positive 30 inches W.G. and service to 180°F. Hand lay-up, spray-up, and filament wound are all available, picked by the pressure and the diameter.
Resin and Veil by Service
The resin and the veil carry the chemical load. This is how they match to the air stream.

The veil is a resin-rich layer 0.030 inches thick on the wetted face. It keeps the acid off the glass fiber. Every laminate carries a Class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less under ASTM E-84.
Where FRP Duct Replaces Metal
We ship FRP duct to wastewater treatment, chemical processing, semiconductor, and laboratory exhaust systems. The common factor is air that would rust steel.
The duct is one part of the run. We supply the FRP fans that pull the air and the FRP louvers at the wall.
