Open Coil Duct Heaters
Open coil duct heaters use exposed wire coils to heat air quickly and efficiently. They’re the most economical choice for clean, dry air applications from 150°F to 1200°F.
Best for: Batch ovens, powder coating, food processing, and any process where you need fast heat-up and cool-down times.
Not recommended for: High-velocity airflow (over 4000 FPM), humid environments, or contaminated air.
For those applications, ask us about finned tubular heaters instead.
